Sample(s) shown are out of yellow Pine and four coats of polyurethane - rockers are stained. This is a rocking horse that is like no other, including other rocking horses built and bought here. Each horse has unique characteristics in the wood, bridle, blanket, etc.
Check out the quality hand crafted bridle and detail on the horses head. This is no simple pine plank rocking horse, it is assembled from built-up panels, glued together, then sanded and shaped to a realistic shape. The saddle is made up of two different contrasting wood types to add detail, color and special charm. After the saddle wood blocks are glued together, they are then shaped (off the horse) then fitted to the horse after the saddle blanket is in place.
